Hotel Robe Fusion Milk Paint
A plush white inspired by the feeling of wrapping yourself in a luxurious monogrammed robe upon checking in. It’s soft and cool, and the perfect go-to white for any project.
A Milk Paint Finish is incredibly unique and versatile, can range from a solid color to a stain it all depends on how much water you add. No need to worry about primers as it can be used on any porous surface binding directly to ensure no chipping or peeling in the future. Use the bonding agent when applying to previously painted surfaces to ensure the paint holds.
Each 330g bag will contain enough powder to mix up a litre of paint, witch covers approximately 100 sq. feet. With the 50g bag you will be able to do a small project of approx. 15sq. feet.
Mix approximately 1 part water to 1 part milk paint powder. Drying time is approximately 30 minutes. Lightly sand with a 220 grit sandpaper to smooth surface. Remove dust. A top coat is required to protect the paint and bring out the richness and depth of the color.
Apply a top coat to seal your Milk Paint and bring out the true depth of colour!
You can topcoat your milk paint project with hemp oil, furniture wax or my Polyvine topcoats. I love using the Wax-finish or Decorator’s Varnish over Chippy pieces but my go-to topcoat for milk paint will always be hemp oil.
